According to the Whole Brain model each person has a preferred way and mode of thinking that affects the way we perceive and process information. The awareness of one’s own thinking preferences and the thinking preferences of others, combined with the ability to act outside of one’s preferred thinking preferences is known as “Whole Brain Thinking.”
Our main task was to redesign the firm’s corporate identity.
The new logo had to reflect the Total Management Philosophy. It had to be fresh, modern and have a balance between sophistication and simplicity.

Here are the first logo ideas with the client’s feedback.

We tried the TTM text inside various shapes (sircle, rectangle, brain) and experimented with font styles.
STEP 3. Finalize selected logo
At this stage it was time to experiment with colour. We tried different variations between red, black and grey tones.

The visual for the artwork had to show “Total Talent Management” which is the total talent journey, from hiring to retiring, drive by the Whole Brain technology.
In addition the visual had to be:
- Unique – Stand out.
- Relevant – Target the right customers and keep them engaged.
- Sustainable – Can be used in campaigns and other applications like brochures, posters and banners.
